Elafonisos is linked daily with the mainland (Antinognatho) every hour of the day with ships, boats and ferries.   In the summertime the island is connected via ferry boats with Kithira, Githio and Neapolis. Additionally, Elafonisos is linked at least once a week with Pireus, Monemvasia, Antikithira and Creta via the Flying Dolphins through Neapolis (Line Piraeus - Monemvasia - Neapoli- Kithira).
